ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
Information Technology Service Management System
The first international standard for IT service management on a global scale. It was created by ISO/IEC JTC1 SC7 in 2005 and updated in 2011. It is based on and intended to replace BS 15000, which was created by the BSI Group. Formally: The design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services that meet service requirements and create value to both the client and the service provider are covered by ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (‘part 1′).
